Antigua: Enjoy one of the 365 beaches or water related activities including sailing, snorkelling,diving, swimming with the dolphins etc as well as windsurfing. Dominica: Trips to the rainforest which can be explored by the hiker or be seen by taking the Aerial Tram Ride is very popular. Cycling the rough terrain is popular and Dominica is famous for its whale watching. A variety of water sports activities such as kayaking, sports fishing, scuba diving are also popular.For any one with a love of nature, Dominica offers many activities.

St. Vincent and The Grenadines: Take an Jeep Safari Tour for an exciting experience in the unspoilt countryside. The great houses of the past, the fascinating towns of FrederickstedandChristiansted-these are but a few of the sights to visit and enjoy.
